LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

To help manage appointments efficiently, a reminder message will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This reminder is a courtesy only and should not be relied upon as the sole confirmation of your booking.

All appointments are considered confirmed unless cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations, reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a  %50 fee.

This policy helps cover lost time that cannot usually be rebooked at short notice.

If you are 30 mins late or more we may need to reschedule the appointment as the delay impacts the whole day`s schedule.

MATTED DOGS RELEASE FORM POLICY

At our salon, your dog's safety is our top priority during the grooming process. When a dog's coat becomes severely matted, attempting to de-mat it without shaving can cause significant pain, stress, or injury to the dog. In such cases, shaving is often the safest and most humane option.

A Matted Dog Release Form is a legal document that releases the groomer from liability in the event of injury during the removal of severe matting. These injuries may include, but are not limited to, skin irritation, clipper sensitivity, minor nicks, or the uncovering of pre-existing skin conditions. In some cases, veterinary care may be required afterward.

By signing this form, pet owners acknowledge the risks associated with removing matted coat and give their consent for the groomer to proceed with the method deemed safest for the dog. This ensures transparency and helps protect the well-being of the dog as well as the professional integrity of the groomer.
